News: Posting Chapter 4

Chapter 4 is short, but it felt natural to stop it where I did. Depending on how Chapter 5 goes, I may choose to combine the two later. I hadn't really envisioned the other characters in the Finders squad before I started writing the chapter, but they developed their own personalities pretty naturally, or at least a few of them did, which is good enough for now.
